All employees attend safety training required to ensure that the work carried out is safe both to themselves and those around them.

BEC works closely with external safety training providers to ensure that all employees are trained in various aspects of occupational health and safety. All safety training attended by our employees are endorsed and approved by the various authorities.

On-job-training for new employees covering safe work practices are conducted in detail by our experienced Site Supervisors.
