Successfully completed inspections and repairs to the above stacks during plant shutdowns. Emergency repairs required due to emergent works during inspection. |

Successfully completed inspection and repairs to the above stacks during plant shutdowns.
Works involved major and minor repairs to brick, steel and refractory linings. |

Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte. Ltd. LOC/UTL shutdown
This project involves the design and construction of a steel liner. The liner is to be installed inside the existing windshield replacing the existing brick liner. |

New design & build SRU Stack
BEC (S) successfully completes from feasibility studies through to conceptual design and final construction the new 100m high SRU stack servicing SRU units 3 & 5 and future SRU 6 unit. |

Perlis Power Station Pipe Cleaning
Cleaned approx. 600m of gas supply pipeline using the rotor fan high-pressure water system.

Cleaning and inspection to chimney liners
This project involves the phased cleaning and inspection work to four (4) x 180 meter high steel liners. Ultrasonic testing, verticality readings and welding tests are involved to check the integrity of the existing liners.

Blue Circle Materials Silo alterations
Site managing the repairs and alterations on two 66m high bulk storage silos in Jurong Port.
Jump shutter construction of 30m skin walls in confined access storage cells. Void filling using pioneering high pressure pumping techniques. Site management team achieved very tight programme and partial completion dates.
